The first permanent exhibition to open at Manarat Al Saadiyat was designed around the stories of nine chapters that articulate the different facets of the island’s history and ambitious future plans. Visitors are introduced to the island in an immersive theatre with a large panoramic screen that envelops the audience in an evocative film which explores the unique aspect of this amazing destination. At the heart of island, lies the Cultural District with its prestigious mix of world renowned museums and attractions.
Each chapter is carefully crafted using scale, light, colour and sound to transport the visitors on a magical journey through the island. Dynamic audio-visual media including large scale AV, graphics, physical and touchscreen interactives combine to deliver a wonderful insight into the full ambitions for this extraordinary destination.
