The Aldar Sales Centre is not a typical property developers environment, but instead utilises a warm and welcoming high end coffee bar style approach. But below the calm facade is an intelligent array of flexible interactive multimedia stations that can be deployed to engage the visitors in Aldar's portfolio of developments. This flexible arsenal includes three multi-touch 50-inch 4k TV screens concealed in foldaway wooden panels, along with two moveable 55-inch 4k hanging touch screen stations and a 55-inch vertical full HD slidable screen giving the room the ability to transform from a relaxed informal cafe arrangement to a dedicated presentation space.
I love this client, because they've always challenged us to think differently and push the envelope of what's possible. The underlying design principle was to conceal all the technology yet have it available in an instance should it be required while also making the room multifunctional.
